AI Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop AI/ML models: Analyze and develop artificial intelligence models such as customer data analysis, trend forecasting, and natural language processing to optimize user experience.
• Apply AI in logistics and distribution: Develop predictive demand systems, optimize supply chain management, and intelligent delivery systems.
• Improve customer experience: Develop sentiment analysis tools, personalize content and customer service based on data.
• Deploy and manage AI models: Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with business, marketing, and logistics teams to understand user needs and optimize AI solutions.
• Research and update technology: Research and apply the latest AI technologies, optimize workflows, and increase work efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience working in AI/ML, with preference for candidates with experience developing and deploying AI models in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience working with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques, natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and service personalization.
• Experience deploying models on cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, analytical thinking, effective teamwork, and the ability to work independently when necessary.
